Case Study: Making the Cloud an Interesting Conversation for CEOs

The topic of cloud technologies was brought to life using an interactive website that was shown in various formats - including giant touchscreens that could be interacted with as a group in physical environments.

Content strategy

Cloud technology is typically considered a topic for technical leaders. It is increasingly important for leaders from all domains to understand the potential of this technology. Working with Accenture, I used content strategy and development techniques to move the conversation from being technology dominated to being one that showed the business potential of cloud to CEOs.

The continual advancement of the technologies and services offered by the cloud is transforming how businesses communicate with customers (eg. AI chatbots), use data, create and evolve product and services.

I led out on the research and content development that focused the conversation on how cloud technologies are helping businesses adopt new business models, get actionable insights, transform into a sustainable business, and respond to market and consumer demand.

Working with a team of strategists and designers, the content was brought to life in an immersive space in Accenture’s Innovation Centre in New York to engage C-Level executives around what is possible with cloud technologies.

The work made the cloud more accessible for business executives to understand and have strategic discussions around, so that they could make informed decisions around how they use the cloud to continue to grow and stay relevant to consumers.
